1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of applications and services provided by Console Refurb ("we", "us" or "our"), including Invoice Maker.
By downloading, installing or using our applications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the relevant application.
2. Invoice Maker
Invoice Maker is designed to help users create, manage and share professional invoices.
The application provides tools for entering business information, customer information, invoice items, prices, taxes, discounts, payment status and related information.
Invoice Maker is a software tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
3. Free Version
The free version of Invoice Maker may be subject to usage limits. At launch, the free version allows users to create up to three invoices.
We may change reasonable free-version limits in future versions of the application.
4. Invoice Maker Pro
Invoice Maker Pro provides additional features beyond the free version.
Pro features may include unlimited invoice creation, additional customisation options, enhanced invoice features and other premium functionality described within the application.
5. Pro Purchase
Invoice Maker Pro is offered as a one-time purchase of £4.99, subject to the price displayed by the relevant app store at the time of purchase.
The purchase is not a recurring subscription. Once successfully purchased, the Pro entitlement is intended to provide lifetime access to the Pro features associated with the purchased product, subject to these Terms and continued availability of the application and service.
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the relevant Pro product or service and does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser.
6. Payments and Refunds
Purchases are processed by the relevant platform, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider and app store rather than being stored directly by Console Refurb.
Refunds and payment disputes are subject to the applicable platform's policies and applicable consumer law.
7. Digital Content and Cancellation Rights
Invoice Maker Pro is digital content supplied immediately following purchase.
Where applicable consumer law provides a cancellation right for digital content, that right may be affected where you expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge the consequences of that request.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Your Invoice Data
Invoice Maker is designed to store invoice and business information locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important information. We cannot guarantee that locally stored information will never be lost due to device failure, software problems, accidental deletion, operating system changes or other circumstances.
You are also responsible for checking invoices for accuracy before sending them to customers or relying on them for accounting, tax or business purposes.
9. Customer and Personal Information
If you use Invoice Maker to store information about customers or other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of that information complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
You should only enter information that you are entitled to collect, store and use.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our applications for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or interfere with the application or services.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, circumvent security controls or interfere with the normal operation of the application except where such activity cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the application, software, design, branding, graphics and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Console Refurb.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for its intended purpose.
12. Updates
We may release updates, improvements, security fixes or changes to our applications from time to time.
Some updates may be necessary for continued operation, compatibility or security.
13. Availability
We aim to keep our applications available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device or operating system.
Features may change or be discontinued where reasonably necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Console Refurb will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the application.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the application after changes take effect means that you accept the updated Terms, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Where applicable, disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
